More than a seat at the Table

The most meaningful opportunities often begin quietly.

With a conversation that changes how someone sees your work.

An introduction that creates an unexpected possibility.

A person who remembers your name when the right opportunity emerges.

The IKONIK Table was created around one belief:

The value of a room is not determined by how many people enter it, but by the intention behind who is there—and why they should know one another.

Every edition brings together a small, carefully considered group for meaningful conversation, purposeful connection and editorial storytelling.

Every seat has a reason. Every voice brings something distinct. And the experience continues long after the Table is cleared.

Where media, community and possibility meet

The IKONIK Table is not a conventional networking event.

It is an intimate editorial experience where remarkable people are recognized, brought into meaningful proximity and given space to encounter the person behind the professional title.

A conversation may become an introduction.

An introduction may become a collaboration.

An idea shared privately may become a story that reaches far beyond the room.

An invitation is not simply an invitation to attend. It is an invitation into an experience that continues.

TABLE 01 · VANCOUVER

The founding Table

Seven invited guests. One host. One Table. Every seat chosen with intention.

On September 2, 2026, seven invited guests joined Oyéta Kokoroko at CinCin Ristorante in Vancouver for the inaugural IKONIK Table.

Around the Table were perspectives spanning entrepreneurship, contemporary art, personal branding, bespoke tailoring, marketing, executive leadership, accessibility, philanthropy and community building.

Some guests were meeting for the first time.

Every person brought something distinct.

The evening was anchored by one defining question:

The question moved the conversation beyond professional titles and towards meaning, contribution and the legacy each person hopes to create.

The portraits documented who entered the room. The conversation revealed why each person belonged there.

Anne Mok, Founding Guest of Table 01

In her words

The story continues

Table 01 did not end when dinner did.

The people, ideas and perspectives inside the room continue through original IKONIK profiles, conversations, photography and stories designed to travel beyond the Table.

Created and curated by Oyéta Kokoroko

Oyéta Kokoroko is an entrepreneur, brand strategist, founder of OKOKO Cosmétiques, and Founder and Editor-in-Chief of IKONIK Magazine.

Her work brings together strategic positioning, editorial storytelling, meaningful visibility and community-building to help remarkable people and important ideas become more clearly recognized, trusted and remembered.

The IKONIK Table reflects her larger vision for media:

Not only to document the people shaping business, creativity and culture—but to create the rooms where those people can recognize one another, connect meaningfully and imagine what may become possible together.

The next room is taking shape.

Future IKONIK Tables will continue bringing carefully considered groups together through defining questions, editorial storytelling and connections designed to extend beyond one evening.

Seats are not offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Each edition is curated around the people, perspectives and possibilities that can make that particular room meaningful.

If your work, perspective or story may belong in a future IKONIK experience, we invite you to introduce yourself.

Request consideration for a future Table

The expression-of-interest form should collect:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Professional title, company or area of work
  • LinkedIn, Instagram or website
  • What are you building, creating or contributing?
  • Why are you interested in The IKONIK Table?
  • Are you interested as a potential guest, contributor, partner or sponsor?

Submitting an expression of interest does not guarantee an invitation. It helps IKONIK discover people and perspectives for future editorial experiences.

Bring your organization to the Table

The most memorable partnerships do more than place a name in a room. They help create an experience people continue talking about, sharing and remembering.

IKONIK collaborates with selected venues, brands and organizations that believe in meaningful visibility, influential storytelling and thoughtfully curated community experiences.

Depending on the edition, partnership opportunities may include:

  • Presenting sponsorship
  • Thoughtful brand integration
  • Original editorial content
  • Recognition across the IKONIK platform
  • Curated audience engagement
  • Hosted or co-created Tables
  • Special editorial editions
  • Continued visibility beyond the event

If your organization would like to help create a room people remember—and stories that continue beyond it—we would be pleased to begin a conversation.
