Brian Seremba is an award-winning and medal-holder social and economic impact leader, product strategist, and ecosystem builder known for designing scalable solutions at the intersection of equity, entrepreneurship, and innovation.

With over a decade of experience across nonprofit leadership, program design, and product development, Brian has led campaigns, coalitions, and companies that have transformed policy, empowered youth, and generated economic opportunities for underserved communities.

As Co-Founder and Staff Director of BC Community Alliance, he has overseen initiatives that helped influence provincial anti-racism legislation, built an AI-Enabled and data-driven Safe School Hub, and supported hundreds of Black youth through mental health, career readiness, and financial literacy programming. Under his leadership, the organization has secured significant funding, established over 30 partnerships, and launched high-impact events, raising millions in community investments.

Brian is also the Founder of Tropicraze by Mutima Canada, a culturally inspired energy drink brand built to support newcomer communities. Brian also leads the growth of Mutima Canada’s strategy through Africopia, a consumer goods initiative that combines East African agriculture with Canadian distribution. Whilst leveraging local delivery networks and a growing co-op market.

His work has earned national and global recognition, including multiple civic and community awards, a coronation medal for public service, and leadership accolades across youth innovation, anti-racism advocacy, and entrepreneurship.

Brian holds a degree in Management with International Business and has been certified in Product and Program Management. His approach blends systems thinking with grassroots engagement. Brian is building ventures that create lasting value across generations.
